This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced Business Intelligence solutions, including information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports.

  • Utilize your programming skills, SQL expertise, and deep understanding of cloud technologies to deliver scalable BI solutions.

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership in identifying and addressing critical business issues effectively.

  • Proactively provide actionable insight and key learnings to leadership leveraging data, business acumen, market trend, and other available signals and recommend potential solutions to resolve the challenges.

  • Lead analytics projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, defining, aligning and bringing clarity of the role of Data & Analytics team, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the appropriate cadence.

  • Ensure data accuracy, congruence, and reliability, making information easily accessible to users for consumption or integration with other systems.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior analysts to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience (12+ years) as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role

  • 18+ years’ experience architecting, designing, and operating large-scale end-to-end analytics solutions with big data or large data warehouses supporting Supply Chain function

  • 7-10 years’ experience working with major ERP products like SAP or Oracle E-Business Suite and mid-senior level understanding of various supply chain functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :

  • Hands-on experience with data modernization to cloud using any of the top 3 cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams to deliver BI solutions on time and within budget.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align Data Analytics initiatives with broader business objectives.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Experience working or implementing ERP systems like SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, Infor, etc.

  • Related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
