Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator where you will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, or tending computerized or manual woodworking machines. Your role will include working with equipment such as drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, and wood-nailing machines. You will examine finished workpieces for smoothness, shape, angle, depth-of-cut, and conformity to specifications, verifying dimensions visually and using tools like rules, calipers, templates, or gauges. Additionally, you will start machines, adjust controls, and make trial cuts to ensure machinery operates properly.
