As the Senior Manager of App Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our mobile application portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to optimize app performance, enhance user experience, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile technologies, market trends, and user behavior, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Developing and implementing overarching strategies to maximize app adoption, aligning app strategies with broader organizational goals and market opportunities.

  • Leading the organic app store optimization (ASO) initiatives, collaborating closely with the paid marketing ASA campaigns.

  • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and user preferences. Use insights to inform app strategy and product roadmap decisions.

  • Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to continuously improve app usability, functionality, and performance. Utilize user feedback, data analytics, and usability testing to drive iterative improvements.

  • Defining and executing monetization strategies that balance user experience with revenue generation goals.

  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track app performance, user engagement, retention, and revenue. Monitor app analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and finance, to align app strategy with broader business objectives.

  • Presenting app strategy recommendations, progress updates, and performance insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Build strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support app strategy execution.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

  • 5+ years of experience in app strategy or product management with a focus on driving business results through mobile applications and/or digital platforms.

  • Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystem, industry trends, and best practices. Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms, app stores, and mobile analytics tools

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • You possess strong presentation and communication skills and can "paint the story" of where we're going and how to get there.

  • You have an entrepreneurial, creative, and challenger mindset with a passion for building best-in-class member experiences.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
