Philips Business Process Expert Production planning and execution in Best, Netherlands

You will be accountable for building new and improvement existing processes and system capabilities as well as knowledge sharing with key- and end user community in our Integrated Supply Chain in Production Scheduling and execution, resulting in high adoption and utilization of the standard SAP tool. In this role you will report into the Capabilities and Continuous Improvement team (Center of excellence) in the Integrated Supply Chain.

Your role:

  • Increasing standard SAP PP (Production Planning) adoption and utilization of the existing SAP kernel(s) amongst the SAP PP key users and SAP PP end users globally via continuous improvement.

  • Driving development of new processes and capabilities focusing on the area of Production planning and scheduling in SAP-PP module (incl. SAP PPDS and other SAP Add-ons) in the Integrated Supply Chain.

  • Supporting in performing the VSM of existing business processes and helping to understand the upcoming change while implementing improvements/ future business flows with balancing the technical and functional viewpoints

  • Creating the standard SAP training material and documentation incl. work instructions following the Philips internal QMS and business design principles.

  • When not in place yet: building a global Community of Practice of SAP key users and setting up structural interactions with the COP network to train the key- and end users and leverage upon the knowledge and benchmarks within the community.

  • Driving change management and performing Business Impact Assessment

You're the right fit if:

  • You have high knowledge and understanding on E2E Supply chain processes.

  • You understand E2E planning process and dependencies between upstream supply planning, production planning and consequences on material planning.

  • You understand standard SAP reporting and dependent processes

  • You have high level of knowledge and practical experience in applying advanced Production scheduling models: e.g. MPS, MRP, ATP, discrete manufacturing, repetitive manufacturing, detailed scheduling, back-flushing, APO PPDS, DDMRP, Lean Rough Cut Capacity Planning and similar

  • You have a strong experience (7-10 years) in SAP ERP in the module of Production planning and scheduling as SAP Consultant or SAP Specialist

  • You are passionate about Continuous Experience, teaching and sharing your knowledge

  • You have a technical Master’s degree

  • You are fluent in English
