Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our dynamic team. The primary role of this position is to be responsible for the assembly of axles and related components on the line, ensuring a quality axle product for placement to the chassis line in a safe and timely fashion. The successful candidate will also ensure that all products are assembled, tested, and verified to customer specifications. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for productivity, safety, and quality goals set by the company. Additionally, you will report to the Line leader, supervisor and/or direct manager any problems that could interfere with the delivery of axles or related department assemblies to the chassis line or the final customer. You will also be expected to maintain a clean working environment, observe company policies and support the Quality and Environmental Policies and Management Systems. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Alburtis, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The role is based in a production facility equipped with 6 assembly lines. The shift timings are Monday - Friday, with options for 1st or 2nd (3pm - 12:30am) shift. Personal protective equipment will be provided including eye, ear, and hand protection. Steel toed shoes are required.
