Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Commercial Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling trucking companies to provide competitive insurance quotes for their upcoming insurance renewals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to trucking companies to understand their insurance needs.
• Must be able to work independently.
• A self starter, organized and proficent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and other related tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance customer service and sales strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.

Qualifications:

• Advanced understanding of the computer software ie. Windows
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
