Job Summary

The Optimum Business Manager of Web Experience and Digital Sales will support the user experience for all online sales and marketing channels. In this leadership role, you will play a vital part in shaping the visual identity and user experience of Altice USA's digital properties. This position will serve as a key thought-leader within our company, helping to champion a "digital first" planning culture, and supporting corporate efforts to further adopt digital technologies as a core part of our operations.

You will work with a team to develop and maintain a comprehensive web design strategy that aligns with Optimum Business' overall digital marketing goals and brand vision. guiding them in developing and implementing innovative web design solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business sales objectives.

This is a position that requires a dedicated professional and will have hands-on involvement in all website and e-commerce activities. This individual will improve our ability to convert customers through engaging and personal experiences utilizing content management and marketing automation platforms. Understanding the customer lifecycle and different customer types will be crucial for creating targeted journeys and campaigns. The successful candidate will have a command of best practices and trends in front-end web design and web standards, as well as multi-channel marketing journeys.

The Manager of Web Experience will track website and e-commerce campaign project pipelines, working with a mix of internal teams and external agencies to define requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, and associated timelines to accomplish set goals. They should possess knowledge of project management, as well as building and presenting reports or key performance metrics to management. Documenting and maintaining a clear timeline of both short-term and long-term initiatives is vital to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities

*Manage design of optimumbusiness.com (optimum.com/business)
*Shares managerial design of business.optimum.net and myfiberportal.com with cross-functional support and operations teams
*Manage the entire web design lifecycle, from initial concept development to final implementation and launch
*Manage website content management systems (CMS) and ensure efficient workflow for content creation and updates
*Manage user testing and A/B testing to optimize website performance and user engagement
*Manages creative content/assets for websites in alignment with marketing campaigns and product updates/releases
*Collaborate with technology team and developers to ensure effective translation of web design concepts to functional deliverables
*Ensure websites adhere to relevant accessibility guidelines and best practices
*Monitor and report on regular tests/updates
*Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

*5+ years of experience in a web operations leadership role
*Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
*Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web design projects with a focus on user experience and user interface design principles
*Direct experience in managing teams, agencies, and technology vendors, etc
*Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
*Experience with Drupal, Adobe AEM, or other CMS platforms
*In-depth knowledge of web design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design
*Experience optimizing a personalization-focused web experience: A/B testing, dynamic creative testing, multivariate testing, usability testing, and site behavior/path analysis
*Some experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics required
*Some experience with Jira or other project management tools required
*Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
*Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00-$168,912.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
