Description

Heritage Industries, a leader in the work truck and equipment industry, is currently seeking a Lube Service Specialist located at the Kennecott Mine. Responsibilities of this role include lube services and preventative maintenance of client work trucks and equipment. Work is primarily performed at client sites.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Must understand and adhere to the personal responsibility of safety, and work safely at all times. Adhere to all company safety programs and policies.

  • Ability to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Ability to perform specified lube services by clients' scope of work.

  • Perform necessary maintenance on equipment.

  • Ability to coordinate parts inventory, placing filter orders, and tracking inventory.

  • Take ownership of client problems and provide solutions. Must consistently deliver a world class customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must utilize TRACK and work safely at all times.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Ability to work on your own and communicate effectively with clients to manage workload.

  • Must have your own hand tools.

  • Current Utah driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills through internal training modules.

  • High School diploma (or GED/High School Equivalence Certificate).

  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements include steel or composite toe safety footwear. Other PPE will be provided as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 year degree from accredited college or trade school.

  • Previous experience within work truck industry, automotive, and/or truck equipment service and repairs.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
