ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the brand ambassador for Bally's Corporations Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation Coordinates various new hire processes such as E-Verify, I-9 compliance, notification to state registry, and DOG licenses compliance. Performs routine filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records Update leadership team on upcoming new hires orientation, trainings, and properties' events and celebrations Maintains HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy in the system through self-audit and reports Serve as a trusted, confidential resource for employees across the organization Provide administrative support to all employees and walk-in candidates QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of two to four years HR experience preferred Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands Effectively operate and work with latest standard office technology High level of discretion and confidentiality Experience with ATS or HRIS a plus but not required Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to work from the office and be at a desk for extended period of time EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum two plus years of experience in a Human Resources office in the hospitality industry strongly preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must be able to attain a Colorado Division of Gaming Support License.
