Farmers Insurance Wixom Agency in Blackfoot is hiring for an Insurance Customer Service Representative. Job duties to include but not limited to: answering phones, greeting walk-in customers, emailing customers and lienholders, processing payments, scan/paper file policy documents, contact clients about past due payments, make auto and home policy changes, process bank deposit and take to the bank, call in claims, if licensed will quote policies for prospective customers. Must have 2 years of customer service, processing payments, and bank deposits experience. Must be able to pass a background check. An applicant who has their Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred or employer can help get licensed. Wage is dependent on experience. Incentives are available. Full time position, hours are from 9 am to 5 pm.
