Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are in search of skilled welders, particularly those with pulse welding experience. However, candidates with MIG/TIG experience are also encouraged to apply, especially if they show the potential to adapt to pulse welding. We are hiring for both 1st and 2nd shifts. 1st shift: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (comprising four 10-hours shifts and one 8-hour shift with mandatory 8 hours overtime on each Friday’s shift); AND optional overtime each Saturday from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM. 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM. This equates to four 12-hour shifts totaling 48 hours. The wage is dependent on the weld test, ranging from $20-$26/hr for the 1st shift. The 2nd shift earns an additional $2/hr.

Work Environment
The job involves a combination of indoor and outdoor work in a non-climate controlled environment. It's an agricultural setting and requires steel-toe boots and jeans. Short sleeves are permissible. The work hours for the 1st shift are Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. The 2nd shift works from Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
