Seeking Construction Laborers
Job Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction and Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete, as well as performing a variety of general construction tasks. The role requires a solid understanding of construction safety, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and organizing tools and materials.
Measure, mix, and pour concrete according to project specifications.
Operate hand and power tools, such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and trowels.
Perform general construction duties, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Help in setting up and taking down forms for concrete pouring.
Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools, including trowels and floats.
Support other workers in the installation of reinforcement steel (rebar) in concrete structures.
Maintain work areas by keeping them clean and organized.
Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed on site.
Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors to complete projects on time.
Lift, carry, and move heavy materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Pay:
$21/hr -$23/hr
Candidates must be open to starting ASAP.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
