HealthPartners Manager, Care Delivery Marketing in Bloomington, Minnesota

HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Manager, Care Delivery Marketing. The manager drives strategy planning and project oversight for large and complex projects across multiple areas of the business, encompassing care delivery and the TRIA brand. This role functions as a strategic advisor and influencer, capable of assessing needs and identifying opportunities that strengthen and grow the HealthPartners' business. The Marketing Manager partners and collaborate across the organization and supervises a team of 3employees. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4+ equivalent years of job-related experience 7 years of marketing or related experience and 3 years of people management experience Proven ability to use data and insights to develop marketing strategies and tactics that lead to positive outcomes. Experience creating strong partnerships. Strong presentation and persuasion or influencing skills. Well-organized, able to oversee a variety of complex projects and define and negotiate priorities and thrive under deadline pressure. General knowledge and experience with experiential, targeted, digital, and traditional media channels Demonstrates results driven work with strong outcomes - performs measurement, analysis, and applies learnings. Takes responsibility for decisions, actions and failures and coaches peers and direct reports on how to do the same. Role models personal commitment and guides team action to continuously improve. Ability to deliver and receive actionable constructive feedback at all levels of the organization. Clear, timely and effective strategic communicator that actively listens, asks great questions, and proactively seeks out multiple perspectives to inform their approach. Working experience of Microsoft Suite and other related platforms Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent graduate degree Health care or insurance experience Sports marketing experience Experience building relationships with senior leadership. Skilled at applying organizational influence. Demonstrates proactively building formal and informal networks that enable teams to achieve their goals. Hours/Location: M-F; Days May work remotely but will prefer local candidates for occasional onsite needs. Accountabilities: Leads a team of marketing consultants to plan, execute and achieve established goals. Attracts, engages, coaches, develops, and retains top talent and builds a high-performing team. Responsible for the supervision of staff, including having the authority to hire, transfer, lay off, promote, discipline and discharge, train, reward, and review performance of employees. Ensures compliance to organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Builds strategic recommendations for area of focus and sets plan and work priorities for cross-functional teams. Reviews and approves work of others, provides mentorship and guidance to marketing colleagues. Uses available data and insights to plan, optimize and innovate. Assesses insights and data, understands business opportunities, and clearly communicates vision and plan to team. Immerses in general business knowledge and where marketing strategy can be applied to achieve business goals. Leads cross-functional team to deliver on strategy and ensures team understands work and their roles related to overall outcomes. Influences without having authority, most commonly within their peer group and their leadership organization. Presents, communicates, and persuades to build alignment and partnership to reach desired goals. Acts as a leader across the organization in building strong and long-lasting partnerships. Manages conflict effectively, negotiating trade-offs and achieving win-win outcomes. Manages related resources for both team and budgets and can make decisions affecting deadlines and budgets. Ensures all work is delivered on time, on strategy and on budget. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
