TEKsystems Member Services Representative in Bloomington, Minnesota
TEKsystems is partnering with a large healthcare organization to assist in hiring 10 customer service representatives. Candidates must be able to work in the Bloomington office 2+ days per week to be eligible for this position.
Description:
Government Membership Services supports all members who are enrolled in a government funded insurance plan: Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace services.
Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan.
Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.
They will allow people to work remotely after a day or so of training, but all candidates MUST be able to go work in the office at a moments notice.
Hours: Monday - Friday, between 9:00am - 6:00pm, training 8:00am - 5:00pm
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Highly preferred Bachelor's Degree, but not required with working experience
1+ year of call center experience.
Ability to type 35+ WPM
High School Diploma
They must have an ethernet internet connection and a private work area to be able to work from home.
