Job description Assured Security is looking for a methodical and systematic thinker to join our Lock & Door team in our Bloomington retail location! Do you enjoy consistent and predictable tasks, but are also comfortable pleasantly engaging with customers? If you like completing tasks while supporting the goals of a larger team, then this is the position for you! The Shop Locksmith will ensure customers and teammates alike are supported by prepping orders in a timely and efficient manner. The Shop Locksmith should be someone who is approachable and friendly but also knows when to focus to get the job done! Attention to detail and accuracy will bring joy to the right person in this position. Job Duties for Shop Locksmith: Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to: Customer service and sales at store counter Support customers by answering shop phones and emails promptly and professionally Re-keying locks (Commercial, Residential & Automotive) Troubleshooting and repairing locks Cutting keys and working with master key systems Field Job Prep Show Floor Maintenance
