Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role focuses on the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable, along with various other accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and manage construction and renovation related accounts payable.
• Conduct 3-way match verification for invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry and coding for invoices.
• Perform account reconciliations and manage check runs.
• Handle intercompany accounts and assist with construction cost management.
• Use software such as Microsoft Excel and ERP for various accounting tasks.
• Participate in the management of commercial construction projects and ensure compliance with construction regulations.
• Manage accounts payable for construction projects.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar.
• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices.
• Strong skills in Data Entry and Invoice Processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & ERP
• Experience in Commercial Construction Projects and Construction Accounting.
• Experience in the Construction Industry.
• Ability to manage Purchase Orders.
