Robert Half Customer Account Coordinator in Boca Raton, Florida

Description We are in search of an Account Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the order management process, working closely with Customer Account Manager and the Sales team. You will also be tasked with maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring efficient order flow management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing the Order Management process to ensure efficient and cohesive order flow

• Demonstrating good time management skills to organize workflow and meet Customers' shipping window on orders

• Working closely with internal departments on Purchase Order ship window, inventory availability, and accounting issues

• Coordinating Routing with Customers Logistic team or system

• Reviewing daily monitoring reports, ensuring all measurement standards are met, and proactively reporting non-conformances

• Staying current on Accounts Vendor Compliance changes to avoid charge backs

• Utilizing CRM and Management System for order entry and management

• Leveraging Microsoft Excel and Pivot Table skills for data management and reporting

• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams

• Performing various other duties and activities as assigned by Manager within the physical constraints of the job. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM and Management System

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a similar role

• Experience in Order Entry and Order Management

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs in a sales or account management role.
