Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and analyzing potential business expansion opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and assisting with project management. Your key responsibility will be to gather and interpret data to improve productivity, streamline business processes, and enhance business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to identify potential business expansion opportunities

• Influence stakeholders to support identified business projects

• Assist in project management for selected projects, coordinating with different departmental teams to improve productivity

• Test business processes and recommend improvements based on the findings

• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories for better understanding and execution

• Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation to guide project execution

• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance

• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks, and recommend improvements

• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders

• Develop and maintain reporting tools to track and monitor project progress

• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling to inform business decisions

• Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization

Requirements • Candidate must hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• Proficiency in Business Analysis is necessary

• Practical knowledge of SQL is required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is a must

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong understanding of business practices and processes

• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to interpret complex data

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
