IQVIA HR Services Analyst in Bogota, Colombia
Job Overview
Provide HR administrative services in a customer-focused environment for Colombia & LATAM
Functions
Provide support and participate on teams handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures
Work with HR Professional Services Center to resolve report-related inquiries and deliver requested reports while managing customer expectations.
Provide portions of new employee orientation where appropriate under direction of senior team members.
Responsible of the onboarding and offboarding of IQVIA´S employees
Administrative processes for internal clients and employees
Requirements
Bachelor degree in administrative careers
Advanced English Level
Around 1 year of experience in human resources
