A Day in the Life

We offer you a position where you ensure timely delivery & quality of overall reporting and PPP management deliverables. We expect you to be able to provide a professional level of support to both internal (IT) and external (business) customers. Maintaining effective communication with employees, customers, and team members in order to identify issues which require action.

The variety of support includes a range of administrative duties. We expect you to be detail-oriented with good analytics skills to run day-to-day operations. With the speed of change in business, it is important for you to stay up to date on developments in the business and project environment.

You are responsible for processing the requests related to the daily work of entry level employees to senior management, as well as liasing directly with clients and partners. You will apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of PPP system guidelines and procedures. You will gather and compile information for reports, but also provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Skills/Competencies:

Reporting & PPP support

· Ensure timely delivery & quality of overall reporting and PPP deliverables;

· Responsible for monitoring and reporting on project budget and resources;

· Challenge Project and Program Managers with respect to PPP deliverables timeliness, quality, accuracy and integrity;

· Prepare financial reporting and analysis;

· Attend meetings and make minutes of meeting as required;

· Timely escalation of issues to all relevant stakeholders.

· Support different type of projects Salesforce, SAP, Data & Analysis space, etc.

· Release management support activities.

PPP Services

· Co-develop PPP plans and proactively assist regular scheduling activities;

· Provide accurate PPP dashboard reporting & metrics (status on the triple constrain);

· Provide guidance during the financial forecasting (budget) process and proactively assist regular financial management. Creation of PO’s, follow-up of SAP actuals, etc.

· Structure regular review and tollgate meetings;

· Prepare communication and/or escalations on the issues/risks and the required contingency/mitigation actions to the project sponsor and stakeholders;

· Secure documentation of all relevant PPP documents, decisions and changes.

Improvements & Innovation

· Deliver proactive input into PPP Process, -Governance and –Documentation improvements;

· Drive the roll-out and embedding of PPP management methods;

· Participate initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management processes in cooperation with IT Means & Methods.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor/Master degree

· 3 years of relevant experience

· Fluent in English speaking & writing

· Multilingual preferred (Portuguese _ Spanish)

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

· Financial savviness

· Understanding of PPP systems (PlanView) and methodology like PMP, Prince II, Agile/Scrum

· Knowledge/experience with PPP Management and/or Project Coordination

· Quick learner with a strong drive

· Flexible, pragmatic, structured and stress-resistant

· Strong sense of responsibility/ down-to earth

· Hands-on, pro-active & problem solving attitude
