Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous HR Recruiter, who will be based in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for an aerospace company. This role involves scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, providing feedback, and extending verbal and written offers.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from initial sourcing to extending offers
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for potential candidates
• Provide consistent follow-ups and feedback throughout the hiring process
• Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates
• Utilize various tools and platforms such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Excel for efficient recruitment
• Conduct background checks on potential candidates as part of the hiring process
• Oversee the documentation process to ensure all necessary hiring paperwork is completed accurately
• Implement and maintain hiring processes to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for all involved.
Requirements
• Proven experience in HR Recruitment or similar role within an HR department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks ensuring company policy is adhered to
• Experience in managing Benefit Functions, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Proficient in Documentation, maintaining accurate records of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with various Hiring Processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
