Description
Robert Half has a great long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Boise, Idaho. This role will involve high volume onboarding, coordination and recruitment. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a range of responsibilities in a professional workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage high volume onboarding processes, including background checks and drug testing.
• Ensure efficient collection and processing of timecards.
• Handle and resolve HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to hiring processes and employee records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Stay updated with current HR practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR functions.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to use About Time software
• Knowledge of Background Checks and their implications
• Understanding of various Benefit Functions
• Strong Documentation skills
• Familiarity with various Hiring Processes
