Job Description

As an IT Enterprise Architect, you will be the driving force behind our innovation and growth. Come and be part of a team of experts and work closely with the Supply Chain, Sales, and other business departments to research and recommend IT solutions that solve business problems and enable outstanding solutions. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will be instrumental in defining the structure, characteristics, and behavior of a single application or group of applications. You will be guided by the strategies, design patterns, reference architectures, and standard methodologies established by the Enterprise Architecture team. You will research and learn new technologies, platforms, and capabilities to improve IT solutions across the enterprise!

We are looking for a proactive customer-focused advocate who can provide enterprise-level architecture design and implementation expertise to multi-functional delivery teams. Your substantial experience across multiple functions will enable you to see opportunities for innovation and inspire change across the organization.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work with internal customers and business partners to translate strategic requirements into a scalable and sustainable enterprise architecture.

  • Build and lead business and technology architecture models, views, and artifacts.

  • Proactively advocate for IT and key business partners, driving innovation programs that align with corporate strategies and objectives.

  • Recommend and participate in the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies that help ensure the successful adoption of IT solutions.

  • Responsible for bringing a deep technical foundation, having a sophisticated understanding of IT industry trends and enterprise standards, methodology and techniques.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects and Managers to ensure we are deploying the right solutions at the right time to meet the business needs.

  • Drive the success of application portfolio management by ensuring that existing IT assets are identified, managed, and used across the enterprise.

  • Guide architecture work streams toward simplifying and automating processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant business and IT experience.

  • 5+ years of architecture practice experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience architecting complex environments (SAP, Salesforce, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.).

  • Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain functions (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Promising, etc.).

  • Experience in crafting technical standard processes, architecture diagrams, and current/future roadmaps for executive audiences.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to determine the high-level architectural implications of new business requirements to each of the other domain Enterprise Architectures (business, systems, information, security, and technology).

  • A solid understanding of APIs and data integration models and patterns.

  • Knowledge and experience in modern platforms (Cloud technologies, AI/ML/GenAI capabilities).

  • A passion for innovation in technology while delivering on current business commitments.

  • A consistent track record of influencing outcomes across the business.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study.
