Oracle NetSuite Social Impact Pro Bono Events Project Manager in Boise, Idaho

Overview/Job Description :

The Social Impact Pro Bono Project Manager will be responsible for growing and implementing Pro Bono events while working in a fast paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong commitment to nonprofit success, is entrepreneurial, excellent at working in agile environments, and skilled at cultivating and managing relationships. The candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented and enjoys managing multiple projects at once.

The Social Impact team offers a variety of events that engage Oracle NetSuite employees in skilled volunteering with Social Impact NetSuite customers. These events include half-day and multi-day Buildathon, hackathon, and other giving back events.

The Pro Bono team is part of Oracle NetSuite Social Impact, which supports the capacity of Social Impact nonprofit and social enterprise customers. The Social Impact Pro Bono Project Manager will work collaboratively across NetSuite to source and engage employees, Social Impact customers, and other Pro Bono stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of all North American Pro Bono events, which may include Buildathons, hackathons, and other events.

  • Develop relationships to support the success of NetSuite employee and nonprofit participation.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, as well as managers and executives from other departments, to support these pro bono engagements.

  • Recruit and activate individuals to participate in Pro Bono events.

  • Plan and execute event logistics for Pro Bono events, including location, materials, IT, food, and materials.

  • Develop protocols and documentation for Buildathons, Hackathons, and other events.

  • In collaboration with marketing communications, develop necessary materials and communication to market Social Impact events internally and publicize success externally.

  • Data entry and administrative support for the Buildathon 4Good.

  • Assist with other pro bono events and projects and needed

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience

  • Experience with volunteer recruitment and management, and/or event management required

  • Experience in the nonprofit, corporate responsibility, or social impact sector a plus

  • Experience using or implementing NetSuite is a plus

  • Intermediate data analysis experience

  • Intermediate experience using Excel

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $26.97 to $67.88 per hour; from: $56,100 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
