How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is looking for a high-energy, bright individual with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in managing payroll and help oversee our global payroll process. This role will be responsible for reviewing US and international payroll processing, including commissions, bonus payments and all compliance associated with payroll. An ideal candidate will be someone who will manage the entire payroll process, drive process improvement, and be an expert payroll resource for the company.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Effectively lead and manage a team and the end-to-end global payroll and commissions process
  • Work closely with the accounting team in recording payroll transactions in the G/L, including accruals
  • Review payroll journals, account reconciliations and payroll fluctuations analysis for month-end close
  • Accurate, timely, and confidential processing of payroll and payroll related compliance, withholding taxes and returns for all applicable jurisdictions
  • Review all payroll related changes including benefits and tax deductions (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), GTL, healthcare FSA, dependent care FSA)
  • Serve as the main primary Payroll contact for employees as well as various external parties
  • Recommending the implementation of process improvements
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with the People, Legal, Accounting, and FP&A teams on general payroll matters
  • Assist with or be responsible for other payroll duties and ad hoc payroll projects as assigned

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
  • Experience with high growth companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ten (10+) years relevant work experience in payroll, including five (5+) years of management experience with proven results for building and leading highly effective teams
  • Experience with payroll accounting
  • Experience with Payrolls for both exempt and nonexempt employees, both multi-state and global payroll
  • Power user level experience with multiple payroll, commissions and equity automation tools and ERP systems
  • Experience in interacting with external parties including auditors and other service providers
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements
