Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the Professional Services industry. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, this role is set within an engaging and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving business systems within the company, using a range of technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing existing business systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement

• Utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Power BI to optimize business processes

• Working closely with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Designing and implementing new business systems that meet the company's needs

• Utilizing database and EO/IR systems to manage and organize business data

• Conducting AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of new systems or enhancements

• Creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents to outline the needs and objectives of new systems or updates

• Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful design and implementation of business systems

• Utilizing Microsoft SQL to manage and manipulate business data

• Following Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and complete project tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Demonstrable experience in business systems

• Knowledge of database systems, including Microsoft SQL

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Proven ability to create Business Requirement Documents

• Strong design and diagramming skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI

• Ability to work in a professional services industry

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
