Description We are offering a role in a bustling environment in Boston, Massachusetts, where you will be a crucial part of our team as a Receptionist. Your primary function will involve managing phone calls, delivering customer service, and fulfilling administrative duties in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone calls, redirecting them as needed
• Take detailed messages and transfer calls to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Engage in email correspondence with both internal team members and external clients or customers
• Perform light data entry tasks to keep our systems up to date and accurate
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals contacting our office
• Act as a quick learner, adapting to new tasks and processes as needed
• Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain professionalism and uphold our company's standards in all interactions
• Utilize your skills in customer service and inbound call handling to enhance our office environment. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
• Previous work in a Part-Time Receptionist role or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office management systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
