Wayfair Senior Associate, Global Revenue Operations - Inbound Sales in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Wayfair Professional’s Business to Business Sales (“B2B”) and Business to Consumer (“B2C”) team is seeking a collaborative,&nbsp; analytical-oriented Senior Associate to help drive the Inbound sales channel agenda. The role will be a part of the B2B and B2C Sales Enablement / Revenue Operations team that will help craft and execute strategy across global agent teams. While our site and app experience allow for seamless self-service, our higher-value customers benefit from sales support. Sales teams establish relationships with purchasing decision-makers, educate customers about Wayfair’s assortment, services, and capabilities, and proactively reach out to intercept emerging needs to help them complete their orders and projects.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We seek a motivated Senior Associate who will partner with Sales teams and internal enablement team members to optimize the sales process to consistently exceed sales targets and customer experience. This includes proactively partnering with Sales and Analytics teams to monitor performance, create action plans to improve performance, and execute medium/long-term program and channel-level project initiatives that improve customer and seller/agent experience and optimize workflows (enabled by process and tooling)</span></p>

<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></h1>

<ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deeply understand both qualitative and quantitative trends in the business through active “voice of seller” engagement, strong knowledge of short/long-term KPI trends</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide short-term operational support to improve performance:&nbsp;</span></li>

<ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Scope data requests for analytics teams to execute, and interpret results to understand business trends (validating qualitative feedback)</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create short-term action plans to address underperformance and/or accelerate positive trends, with clear asks, milestones and deliverables</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Align and alert partner teams to execute</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate progress and resolutions to partner teams and sales team members</span></li>

</ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Scope and execute medium/long-term projects and initiatives</span></li>

<ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in scoping project initiatives, ensuring project management operational excellence through clear deliverables, resource needs, timelines, and cross-functional involvement</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive execution to project deliverables, including hitting stage gate milestones, preparing / delivering updates to L4+ Sales / cross-functional teammates, incorporating feedback</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, assessing and acting on tradeoffs across the business (e.g., across sales programs, tech resources)</span></li>

<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></span></h1>

<ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in sales enablement, project / program management, strategy &amp; operations, consulting, or similar roles supporting Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing teams</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to understand and empathize with diverse stakeholders across functions, and tailor messaging / communication appropriately to ensure resonance; ability to create consistent messaging about complex projects, flexing to audience needs but creating cohesion on the objective and guiding principles</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into logical objectives, translating sales needs into discrete, actionable steps for partner teams to execute</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Passion for working collaboratively across functions to drive operational improvements and projects</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage processes efficiently by scoping logical steps from ideation to project completion</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to synthesize insights from data analysis and&nbsp; understanding trends</span></li>

<p>All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 1 day of the week</p>
