Overview Be Part of Our Story Verathon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to become the newest member of our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) team located at our global headquarters in Bothell, WA. Proficiency in Lean tools, including leading process improvement or Kaizen events, is essential. Responsibilities Project/Program Management Lead and manage multiple large-scale programs from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies. Collaborate with executive leadership to define program objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure alignment of program activities with the company's strategic objectives and business priorities. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Lead detailed planning, implementation, and project governance with business owners to achieve operational excellence.
