Are you passionate about guiding students towards success? Pitt-Bradford is seeking a dedicated Trio SSS Advisor to join our Advising Center team. As a Trio SSS Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in empowering students to achieve their academic and personal goals. This is a 12-month, full-time staff position reporting to the Trio Program Director.

Hiring Range: $35,000 -- $40,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive advising to Trio SSS participants, focusing on academic, career, and personal goals.

Develop individualized success plans and monitor progress towards achieving goals.

Conduct workshops and programs to enhance student skills in areas such as study strategies, financial literacy, and career readiness.

Collaborate with campus partners to connect students with resources and opportunities for holistic development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience in advising, mentoring, or student support services.

Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
