Performs a wide variety of preventative and routine maintenance and repairs. This may include grounds keeping and simple interior and exterior maintenance.
Education Qualifications:
Qualifications:
1 year classroom training or 1 year experience in building maintenance.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Class “Special” Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
