The Marketing and Sales Lead Specialist is responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, to develop and implement strategies to convert leads. This role involves assisting with social media marketing strategies, managing digital marketing tools, serving as a brand ambassador/influencer, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies for organic social media growth that attracts leads.

  • Serve as Brand Ambassador/Influencer for VITRA reflecting our Vision Mission and Values.

  • Develop and implement conversion strategies from organic social media activities

  • Publish posts in relevant social media groups.

  • Monitor and track metrics to assess performance.

  • Converts Leads from Social Media Campaigns.

  • Educate New Clients on Vitra's Programs.

  • Assist in managing and monitoring paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Develop, implement and track Facebook campaigns and advertising

  • Track leads and conversions, and optimize campaigns to increase lead generation

  • Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain project timelines and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. Measure and analyze performance of marketing initiatives to understand the ROI, and KPI metrics and establish/adjust benchmarks

  • Foster culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail.

  • Experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Willingness to tackle new challenges and new ways of doing business.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

  • Bilingual Fluent English/Spanish Required

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Experience with marketing tools including, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), SEO/SEM, and Google (Analytics, tag manager, search console, AdWords, etc.).
