HR Operations Analyst; System Administration, Reporting & Analytics

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR colleague to join our DENTSPLY Sirona HR Operations Centre for EMEA. As a proactive, creative and passionate HR Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, services and maintenance of HR processes and technology implementation.

In this interactive role, you will apply customer service skills, language and communication skills and HR knowledge to help the organization reach optimal Customer Experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, Implement, Maintain, and Enhance HR processes and policies in the scope of the HR Operations service catalog.

  2. Provide virtual support via resolution/navigation of complex queries connected to HR systems (SAP SF, Case Management, File Management, Knowledge Base, LMS, Adobe, AVAYA, Document Management systems, etc.) HR processes and data management for all DS Employees.

  3. Identify system improvements, recommend solutions, and drive them to the implementation and evaluation stage, considering the Shared Services Operating model and Customer Experience.

  4. Conduct data and requests handling quality reviews to ensure policies and processes compliance and perform corrective actions (feedback, data correction in the system, etc.).

  5. Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, training materials, and working instructions for HR processes and systems.

  6. Provide regular HROC Performance Reports, Dashboards, Analytics, and support for managers and HR connected to employee data reporting.

  7. Educate the user community, including the communication, development of training materials, training delivery, and evaluation of the feedback.

  8. Lead projects as assigned by the Director of HR Operations, EMEA.

Requirements

-University degree in HR or HRIS, or equivalent combination of education

-Proficiency in English is a must, second language desired

-Min 5 years of HR Operations/Customer Service experience is required

-Process design and process improvement experience required

-Experience with HR Systems (AVAYA, WORKDAY, PEOPLECLICK, Success Factors, …) is desired

-Communication skills – active listening and ability to navigate is required

-Focus on detail and ability to learn fast

-PC Literate

-Strong analytical skills & attention to detail

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Ability to focus on customer service
