For this Senior Reporting Business Analyst role you will be supporting both Clinical and Regulatory Affairs operations on a global scale and you will be expected to be located in Slovakia.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for evaluating and designing, developing or modifying dashboards/tools for internal functional areas including Finance, Clinical, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.

• Developing tools, dashboards and metrics to help Senior Management assess performance of Clinical teams.

• Analysing existing programs/dashboards and/or formulating logic for new reports/dashboards.

• Performing Ad Hoc analysis & data mining from various databases to support management decision making.

• Developing system design documentation (including GUI design, if required), performing coding, and testing/debugging programs.

• Developing conversion and system implementation plans.

• Recommending changes in development, maintenance, and system/tool standards.

• Training users in system/tool enhancements and modifications.

• Correcting program/code errors, preparing operating instructions, compiling documentation for program support.

• Analysing system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data, programming techniques, and controls.

• Working closely with functional users to enhance and maintain programs/reports/dashboards/tools.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or etc.)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from a multinational company, Clinical Background preferred.

• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.

• Advanced SQL knowledge: DML (Data Manipulation Language) & DDL (Data Definition Language).

• Experience with a Business Intelligence tool, e.g. Power BI, Spotfire.

• High attention to detail and accuracy with excellent data analytics & Interpretation skills.

• Good communication skills in English; both verbal and written.

Nice to Haves

• Experience connected to T-SQL.

• Experience or willingness to learn a programming language (Python, Powershell).

• Familiarity with Git practices.

• Experience with Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (Oracle LSH).

• Prior experience of working in a similar role in the Life Sciences industry.
