The anticipated salary range for this role is between $42,000.00 and $70,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for all new loan boarding and loan modification. Responsible for the post origination quality control of loan reviews for proper documentation, escrow account disbursements, flood and hazard insurance monitoring, payment processing and other various types of adjustable loan processing as well as understanding applicable compliance issues with knowledge of SBA, Commercial RE, Business Loans and Participation/Syndication Loans.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for funding and boarding new loans on the ACBS loan system.

  • Process loan extension and modifications.

  • Process Syndication/Participation daily loan transactions, including but not limited to Payments, Disbursements.

  • Calculates Prepayment Penalty on request

  • Perform post origination quality control loan audits to ensure that proper legal documents have been received. This requires follow-up and review of all trailing legal documents for new loan originations.

  • Order Tax Service Contracts.

  • Responsible for the daily GL balancing.

  • Conduct research necessary to address loan problems (data entry errors, payment exceptions/misapplications, etc.), resolve, and communicate outcome to appropriate parties.

  • Respond to inquiries received, and initiate contact with others by phone and mail regarding the Bank’s serviced loans.

  • Prepare responses to requests for payoff demands received from borrower, escrow companies, and title companies.

  • Prepare reconveyances and other collateral releases for paid loans.

  • Imaging loan documents.

  • Responsible for adhering to and complying with all Bank policies and Federal and State banking laws and regulations.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to other employees within the group.

  • Comfortable communicating with parent company, internal and external auditors.

  • Recognize potential risks and propose solutions for mitigation.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in Loan Servicing with concentration on Loan Funding & Boarding, preferably with knowledge of C&I loans, Commercial Real Estate, SBA & Syndication Loans.

  • Working knowledge of loan documentation, loans systems, operations and accounting

  • Superb organizational skills and detail oriented

  • Highly proficient PC skills including MS Excel and Word

  • Must be able to plan and monitor activities according to priorities and multi-task.

  • Ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities for the position and completes assignments in a timely manner.
