9AM-530PM MONDAY - FRIDAY
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Type 35 WPM
Microsoft Office proficient
detail oriented
Responsibilities (Training provided):
Work with logistics team on making sure billing information is indicated appropriately, to ensure invoices can be processed correctly against receipts and shipments.
Invoice processing.
Update system with additional charges to be billed and double check charges are calculating correctly.
Work with warehouse associates and warehouse management on processing incoming merchandise accurately into our warehouse management system.
Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries via email or phone.
Assist with managing and updating inbound appointment log and coordinate with trucking companies as needed.
Communicate with warehouse manager and warehouse associates on inbounds beyond our promised window.
Other duties as assigned.
