Data Analyst, Strategic Resource Group- Hybrid

This a hybrid position with 2 days in the office and remote days. Must live in the local area

What you’ll do:

As aData Analyst, Strategic Resource Group, you willbe a data-driven problem solver with a deep understanding of healthcare data systems, analytical techniques, and a proven track record of providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced statistical and analytical methods to analyze large healthcare datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate closely with both HSC and facility leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis strategies focused on growth.
• Support the hospital leadership teams in annual and ad-hoc strategic planning initiatives.
• Work closely with our development teams to leverage data to support acquisition opportunities.
• Utilize a combination of internal and comprehensive claims data to help the company understand physician referral opportunities.
• Utilize industry leading GIS/Mapping software to provide geospatial analytic support for a wide variety of analyses.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data analysis results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Employ data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create intuitive, interactive reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What you’ll need:

Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Health Informatics required. Master's degree preferred

Experience: 3-5 years experience in healthcare data analytics or business intelligence required
