Responsibilities
Greet and attend to patients with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and electronically.
Manage patient inquiries and provide seamless care coordination.
Handle tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, and collecting payments.
Maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
Collaborate to optimize patient experience.
Document and communicate with patients and staff using EMR.
