We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing.

  • Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

  • Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

  • Our Retail or convenience store part of Delek, runs over 250 stores in Texas and New Mexico. We also have company-branded New-to-Industry DK stores in the southern part of the US!

  • Our three renewables’ plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.

JOB SUMMARY

Manages all aspects of a diverse Delek Technology project or multiple Delek Technology projects, typically involving multiple Disciplines in the Delek Technology Function | Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met | Support Delek Technology portfolio governance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

  • Master's Degree (Preferred)

  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • 5+ years of experience leding projects/programs.

  • Expertise in planning and delivering large-scale programs with multiple dependencies.

  • 3+ years experience as Agile coach (preferred)

  • 2+ years experience forecasting nd tracking project financials.

  • Strong strategic decision-making & forward-thinking planning abilities to manage resources and deliverables.

  • Knowledge of project management techniques, processes, methods, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonl skills to effectively lead teams and escalate challenges.

  • PMP or Agile certification is preferred.

  • Facilitate the end-to-end project intake process, governing the appropriate level of detail for the review boards to make informed decisions.

  • Partner with Business partners to report on Technology initiatives, keeping the business aware of project status, emerging risks and issues, and updates on project milestones.

  • Create, execute, and lead comprehensive project plans to include schedule, budget, procurement, resources, quality, risks, change control, and communications according to Delek's Project Execution Process

  • Produce scopes of work, project plans, cost estimates, Authorization of Expenditure (AFE) forms, schedules, Management fo Change (MOC), and other required documentation to help with project identification and evaluation.

  • Accountable for understanding business objectives and how the projects deliver them; driving adjustmetns in projects to more effectively achieve desired business results.

  • Collaborates with various organizational stakeholders to vet resource estimates, schedules, business benefits, environmental/health/safety impacts, project feasibility, or technical reviews s deemed necessary based on assigned project portfolio.

  • Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for adopting agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the Delek Technology organization.

  • Coach teams on how to stay on traack with agile techniques, fine-tuning- their approach to ensure that overal strategy is being met.
