We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Strategic Projects & Growth to join our Bausch + Lomb Ophthalmic team. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President & GM, Ophthalmic Products and Market Access, the Director of Strategic Projects & Growth, will be responsible for developing and implementing key strategic initiatives that will help us achieve our sales goals and drive growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

  • Act as a strategic partner to frame, investigate and answer key business questions related to the identification and evaluation of commercial strategies and tactics.

  • Work closely with sales / business expansion teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Connect research and analytics to tell a compelling and persuasive story and deliver clear and actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Support GM to prepare business cases and executive leadership presentations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic project management.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pharmaceutical strategies and initiatives.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
