Job Description: AriensCo is looking for a Sr. Manager Dealer Acquisitions. This exciting opportunity involves building and expanding key partnerships by nurturing existing leads and generating new ones. You\'ll create and execute a dealer acquisition strategy across all markets, streamline onboarding processes, and lead a dynamic acquisition team. THE DAY TO DAY... Pursue and develop new partner relationships by nurturing pre-existing leads as well as generating new opportunities by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders Formulate and execute a dealer acquisition strategy, targeting areas of opportunity in all markets Standardize onboarding workflow and standard operating procedures that will lead to predictable results Develop, lead, and sustain dealer acquisition representative team Set dealer performance and accountability Manage all lead generation activities for new dealer recruitment Lead new dealer onboarding/orientation experience Attend various Outdoor Power Equipment shows with the goal to network and meet key prospects Partner with peer Dealer Development teams (Learning & Development and Dealer Programming) to successfully showcase the \"Retail Best Practices\" e-Series courses to the industry-leading dealer network Participate and contribute to industry leading dealer support programs that drive measurable growth Participate and contribute to increase overall utilization & ROI of existing key dealer programs Share voice of dealer feedback with applicable internal...
