Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator:
Ensures all aspects of cleanliness throughout the facility are maintained in a safe, efficient, and effective manner through the management of the environmental team members
Oversees the safe and appropriate procurement, storage, and use of chemicals and of cleaning procedures to ensure consistent cleaning systems are in place, and that resident/tenant/team member schedules are considered
Oversees the recruitment, hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluation of environmental department team members in order to ensure that adequate numbers of qualified staff members are on duty as needed
Conducts quality assurance audits to ensure environmental systems are effective in adhering to the standards of infection control and safety
Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Experience in environmental services and management preferred
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Shift: 8a-4p, Flexible Scheduling
Role: Environmental Services - Supervisor will oversee both the Laundry and Housekeeping Departments
Wage Range*: $19.00/hr-$20.00/hr; Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.10/per year, up to ten (10) years
