About team and role

You will be part of the team that is striving to help our customers acquire new customers and grow their existing ones. Our focus is on supporting sales managers and representatives to sell more easily, faster, and more by understanding customer data, automating tasks, and helping them build relationships with their customers. We are building, maintaining and continuously improving products in Customer Relationship Management and customer self-service tools (customer portals, eCommerce solutions). You as a Product Manager, you will be part of a team that is responsible for well-defined part of these products. You will be at the forefront of one of the company’s key strategic initiatives, collaborating with teams across the globe to help our customers achieve their business goals.

  • Deeply understand customer needs and passionately represent the voice of the customer

  • Understand, contribute to, and implement the customer self-service product strategy in the context of your team’s mission

  • Collaborate with user experience designers, researchers, and product architects to define great solutions for our customers following design thinking principles

  • Collaborate with your team to manage and prioritize the product feature backlog by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment

  • Create feature requirements and detailed user stories that clearly articulate desired product functionality

  • Create and maintain product backlog in your area

  • Drive the execution of priorities with your scrum team in a timely manner

  • Partner with the Outbound Product Manager to successfully roll out our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience

  • Drive continual innovation within your product area, delivering the features necessary to compete in the global market

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software product manager/product owner experience working in an Agile development environment with a thorough understanding of PM skills, processes, and best practices

  • Experience in CRM/Customer Experience/e-commerce domains is preferred

  • Self-starter who demonstrates the ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment, collaborating with groups of subject matter experts (SME’s)

  • Problem-solver that understands how to plan and execute steps required to implement new ideas

  • Must have a passion for building great products with extraordinary user experiences and an innovative yet practical approach to designing and developing product

  • Excellent (English) communication skills and the ability to clearly document product requirements/user stories

  • Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate product functionality and requirements

  • Show strong ownership and clarity of decision-making backed by data
