Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and driven Engineer II, Systems Design to join our esteemed Engineering team in Brno. As an Engineer II, Systems Design, you will have the exceptional chance to contribute to the advancement and integration of innovative technologies that empower our customers to improve global health, environmental cleanliness, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Determine system requirements and specifications for new product development projects
Collaborate with diverse teams to design and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct testing and analysis to ensure flawless system performance
Successfully implement engineering changes to improve product quality and efficiency
Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex system issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with electron microscopy, analytical microscopy, spectroscopy or beam chemistry is of advantage.
Proven experience in systems design and development
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
