The Senior Finance Manager, R&D and G&A for Radiometer is leading a team of two direct reporting and is responsible for all finance business partnering for the R&D and G&A organization. This position is part of the Global FP&A organization located in Copenhagen, Denmark will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Global Finance organization and report to the Sr Director FP&A responsible for Global FP&A. You will support the R&D team with business cases and recommendations on which strategic paths to take. Moreover, you will lead and prepare budget and forecast (monthly) for global R&D and G&A functions, prepare variance reports and coordinate with functional leaders, upload budget to Onestream and present the budget and variance analysis to senior leadership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Business partner for global R&D organization and be part of the global R&D leadership team
Business partner for global G&A function – HR, Legal, DBS office, Executive Management
Lead a team of two direct reports – one employee in Denmark and one in Poland
Monitor and review R&D and G&A business unit ensuring execution and follow up on financial results
The essential requirements of the job include:
Master degree in Finance, Controlling or Management Accounting
Experience in business partnering working with senior leaders
Good accounting understanding of to help connect the dots
Managerial experience preferably
Experience with preparing, reviewing, and presenting business cases.
Strong communication skills
