The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, from the initial development stages all the way to the construction, renovation, or installation. This includes collecting and analyzing the proposed project to determine the material and estimate the schedule and cost; overseeing the contracting and execution in compliance with the budget and contracting documents; coordinating projects with contractors; providing weekly status updates to the management and customer while managing and keeping track of the contractors’ schedules and fulling their requirements.
Minimum Salary: 73,507.00 Maximum Salary: 80,000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
