• Accurate Sales Processing:Efficiently and accurately ring up snack and beverage sales at the counter, adhering to cash handling and control procedures.
• Customer Assistance:Greet customers promptly, assist them in making food and beverage selections, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Understanding Menu Items:Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including snacks, beverages, and any specials to effectively inform customers and address inquiries.
• Efficient Equipment Operation:Operate POS systems, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly and securely, while also handling any equipment problems that may arise.
• Ensuring Cleanliness:Keep the snack bar area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards for food handling and preparation.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with fellow coworkers to assist with miscellaneous tasks, prioritizing teamwork to enhance the customer service experience.
• Customer Engagement:Engage with customers as they enjoy their snacks, respond to any questions or needs they may have, and ensure a pleasant and memorable experience.
• Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all company safety and security guidelines; promptly report any safety hazards, accidents, or injuries to management.
• Flexible Availability:Be prepared to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
• Additional Duties:Perform other related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the snack bar and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous cashier or food service experience is preferred but not required.
