About the team
We are looking for a Senior F inancial P lanning & A nalysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Business Management team in Brussels, Belgium. This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Vice President (VP) of Business Management, who is based in London (UK). The Senior FP&A Manager will partner and work closely with the different senior stakeholders of our ICF NEXT public communications business.
ICF Next is a leading integrated communication agency in Europe, specializing in large-scale communication activities across the European Union.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for ICF Next E&A to support decision-making.
Interactdaily withthe ICF Next E&A operational and commercial teams with a focus on improving ourbusiness performance,and our resources management, ultimately drivingprofitable growth.
Work closelywith ourICF NextE&A business management project controls team to understand and assess our growth & profitability drivers.
Work regularly with our ICF NextE&A pricing team to provide inputs and assessment of our pricing strategies.
Work on any ad-hoc requests and analysis.
* Basic Requirements:*
University degree with a minimum of 5+years’ experience in financial management with a focus on FP&A.
Operational and/or project experience with planning, budgeting & forecasting,and/or reporting & analytics.
Deep understanding of core financial processes, especially on revenue & margin recognition processes.
Familiarity with (amongst others) transactional/analytical accounting, pricing & costing, management, and financial reporting.
Personal Qualities:
Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written skills. This is key to being able to engage, influence, and partner with the ICF Next E&A management team.
Attach great importance to delivering high-quality work and respect deadlines.
Strong soft skills: stress-resistance, flexibility, client and service-minded, ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Independent, self-learner.
A team player with a positive ‘can-do attitude’.
Fluent in English.
