Job Description Summary
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying opportunities to develop new or strengthen existing clients relationship in engaging with C Suite and Governments and Healthcare institutions.
Leveraging healthcare economic knowledge and experience to propose missing and/or innovative healthcare concepts.
Leveraging EU structural funds or other funding opportunities to advise clients on the possible funding schemes
Designing key accounts strategies addressing current & anticipating future needs and connecting and tailoring to GEHC portfolio solutions.
Working collaboratively with the sales network of GEHC in the region as well as European expert resources.
Providing strategic recommendations to leadership team around target accounts, account strategies and tactics.
Required Qualifications
This role requires extensive experience in the Sales & Client Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college
Experience working with Public sector and Ministry of Health.
In depth knowledge of EU Funds Regulations.
Fluent in English and Romanian
