Liberty Energy Wireline Service Leader in Buckhannon, West Virginia

Wireline Service Leader Liberty Oilfield Services, LLC, Buckhannon, WV: Manages Wireline Field Crews made up of Crew Leaders or Supervisors and Equipment Operators. The Wireline Service Leader owns the service quality related of his/her crews and is responsible of the investigations and finding the proper root cause analysis for failures at oil fields. Ensure compliance with regulatory groups, with focus on BATF and DOT. Establish training for wireline personnel. Order necessary supplies for job. Exercise analytical capacity to understand and choose based on the explosive specification the required charge for the job. Exercise proper understanding of the relationship between current, voltage, and resistivity as it applies to communication between the surface equipment and the gun down the hole. Run models with the objective of understand the feasibility of an operation using the information about a specific job (Casing Inner Diameter, Fluid Characteristics, Gun String configuration, Deviation Survey) and related software to understand feasibility of an operation based on the pumping rate required to be able to move the tool string in the horizontal section of the well. Demonstrate applied knowledge about Fluid Mechanical properties to understand operations models. Select appropriate cable and pressure control equipment and multiple equipment to complete operations safely and efficiently. Oversee safe operation of high-pressure environment tools. Use acoustic technologies to acquire logging date on a cased hole environment, in order to provide technical support. Position allows for remote work but requires 50% travel to companys location in Buckhannon, WV. Position supervises 12 Crew Leaders and 22 Equipment Operators Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma, or Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related. Energy industry related experience (5 years with High School Diploma or 3 years with Bachelors degree) required, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Analyzing procedures and requirements for operations based on job specific conditions including but not limited to Temperature, Pressure, Deviation, Corrosive Environment, Depth, casing status and completions design; Running mathematical models to calculate operation feasibility using well information and Tool Planner; Providing technical support to troubleshoot and solve pumping fluid issues; Planning, organizing, and deploying equipment for well operations; Managing pressure control equipment in association to facilitate well control; and Sonic technology for Cased Hole Logging.
